Our sewing department is equipped with over 100 high-quality machines, including single needle, kaja, and overlock machines, to ensure every product is crafted to perfection. Our team of experienced tailors and machinists works meticulously to transform cut fabric into expertly sewn products, maintaining strict quality standards at every step. Whether it’s complex detailing or standard stitching, we ensure durable and aesthetically pleasing results across all our home textile products.
Checking
Quality assurance is key to our success. In the checking department, every piece undergoes a strict inspection process to ensure that it meets our stringent standards for quality and craftsmanship. Our trained staff checks for consistency in size, stitching, and fabric integrity, ensuring that only flawless products make it to the next stage of production.
Packing
Once products pass our strict quality checks, they move to our packing department, where we ensure that each item is packaged securely and elegantly for shipping. We utilise sustainable packing materials wherever possible, ensuring both product protection and environmental responsibility. Cushion Filling and Vacuuming
For our cushion products, we use high-quality, eco-friendly fillers that ensure comfort and durability. Our vacuum packing process compresses the cushions to reduce their size for easier, cost-effective shipping, without compromising on product quality. Once unpacked, the cushions return to their original shape, offering a premium, plush feel to the end user.
Storage
Our finished goods storage facility is designed to provide safe and efficient handling of inventory. With a well-structured organisation system, products are systematically stored to ensure they remain in excellent condition and are easily accessible for dispatch. Additionally, we have established a dedicated metal-free zone, ensuring that all items are free from any metal contaminants.
